My husband David Bonom (Ebo to you) and I did a great deal of recipe development and photography for the new (relaunched) web site of Meyer Corporation, PotsandPans.com. Meyer makes Analon, Circulon and several other brands of cookware.
To celebrate and publicize the relaunched web site and the new iPad app (which also includes our recipes) Meyer is offering 20% off on all their products from Monday, June 27 to Monday, July 25th.
We have been using Anolon pans for years– long before the company hired us to do this work. Companies often sample products to us, or ask us to use them for a set amount of time, because we are like home cooks on overdrive: we put more wear and tear on cookware in a month than most cooks will in a couple of years. From the time Anolon first sent us pans many years ago, their 12-inch and 8-inch skillets have been our go-to for non-stick. And in case you are wondering– we use non-stick for about 85% of the recipes we develop and most of our own dinners.
Just to be clear: we really like the products and the people we work with at Meyer. But we have no financial interest in whether or not you buy their pots and pans. (Other than, I suppose if no one ever bought them, they wouldn’t need us to develop recipes any more. But since that is in no danger of happening, I feel safe in saying we have nothing to gain). Please see my Disclosure Statement here.
If you want to see the recipes we developed for Meyer, go here. (Feel free to “like” them, too!). If you want to shop, go here and use the discount code PNPEB001 to get the 20% discount.
