Grilled Peaches with Lime Syrup
4 peaches or nectarines, halved and pits removed
1 teaspoon canola oil
2 tablespoons lime juice
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon lime zest
- Coat the grill rack with cooking spray and heat the grill.
- Brush the peaches (or nectarines) with the oil and place cut-side down over direct6 heat. Grill three minutes; turn and grill 3 minutes again.
- Brush the glaze over both sides of the peaches and grill 1 more minute.
