Goat Cheese, Olive and Sun Dried Tomato Spread
2 tablespoons sun dried tomatoes (not soaked in oil)
1/3 cup pitted calamata olives
8 ounces Neufchatel (light) cream cheese
6 ounces goat cheese
- Combine sun dried tomato and olives in the food processor: process until the mixture forms a chunky paste. Add the goat cheese and cream cheese and process.
