If your mango and/or orange are not sweet, you may need to add more sugar.
Cranberry-Mango-Orange Chutney
1 12-ounce bag fresh cranberries
3/4 cup sugar
1 cup chopped onion
3 tablespoons cider vinegar
2 teaspoons coarsely grated orange peel
1 mango, peeled and diced
1 orange, peeled and chopped
1 tablespoon crystallized ginger
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon allspice
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1/4 teaspoon salt
- Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan; bring to a boil. Immediately reduce the heat and simmer 20 minutes. Let cool before serving.
