Serve this on grilled steak, chicken and fish– perfect for an outdoor summer party.

1/2 cup fresh parsley leaves

1/2 cup fresh basil leaves

1/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves

1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil

1 garlic clove, minced

1/2 teaspoon oregano

2 tablespoons fresh lime juice

1/2 teaspoon grated lime zest

1/2 teaspoon ground cumin

1/8 teaspoon ground cayenne

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper

!. Combine all ingredients in a blender and puree.
