Cool, creamy remoulade sauce is the perfect counterpoint to spicy blackened fish. It keeps well in the refrigerator for 5-7 days.
Remoulade Sauce
3/4 cup mayonnaise (light or regular)
1 tablespoon very finely chopped white onion
1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
2 teaspoons small capers or chopped cornichon pickles
1. Combine all ingredients.
Makes just under 1 cup
